The Problem?

Homebuyers Centre WA operates in a highly competitive market targeting first home buyers and people looking for an affordable option to join the property ladder. Buying a house is often someone’s largest investment and takes much time and consideration to ensure they are making the right decision. It was WebSavvy’s job to find highly qualified leads with high purchase intent for Homebuyers Centre WA.

Our Action:

Utilising search and display channels, whilst leveraging interest in the WA Government’s KeyStart Initiative aimed at first home buyers, WebSavvy was able to establish remarketing audiences that were lower in the funnel and therefore more likely to convert from enquiry to sale.

The Results:

In a period where other marketing channels within the business saw shrinking returns year on year, Google Ads saw a 6% year on year growth in conversion from enquiry to sale. This also resulted in Google Ads conversions being more than double the conversions from office visits alone. Another reason why the right Google Ads approach is so important!
